What is Sandwich Programme Result Portal?

The Sandwich Result Processing Portal is a Web Service Developed, Deployed and being Maintained by the LASU Integrated Data Centre to Provide real-time access to Students Profile as Lecturers Upload their Results. This Portal Currently Manage Lecturers and Students Activities for Three (3) Campuses namely Ojo, Oyo, and Ilesha.

IF YOU ARE LOGIN IN FOR THE FIRST TIME:

  1. Get Your LASU Official Student Email and default password from the ICTC or the Sandwich Programme Directorate and activate it. (contact ICTC for activation steps).
  2. Open a browser and type in www.gmail.com
  3. Type your official email in full as your Username then click next.
  4. Type your Temporary Password and click next.
  5. Once you Login into Your LASU Official Email, You Will See the MOST RECENT Email Titled “LASU-IDC: Sandwich Programme Result Portal Account Notification”
  6. Open the mail and click on the Link (CLICK HERE TO LOGIN) in the mail to view the Sandwich Result Processing Platform Home Page.
  7. Use your Matriculation Number and Default Password as contained in the email sent to your official student email from LASU-IDC to Login.
    8. - Please note that you will be required to change your default password immediately upon Successful Authentication.
    - Ensure you login immediately with your new password
  8. On your Sandwich Students' Portal Dashboard, click on My Academic Profile
  9. Your Academic Profile is automatically downloaded.

IF YOU HAVE LOGGED IN BEFORE NOW:

  • Use your Matriculation Number and your Password to Login via https://sw.lidc.lasu.edu.ng
  • On your Sandwich Students' Portal Dashboard, click on My Academic Profile
  • Your Academic Profile is automatically downloaded.

Click on the "Forgot Password" link in the log-in screen at https://sw.lidc.lasu.edu.ng. You will need to provide your Username (Matriculaion Number or PF Number) in order to reset your account. Information to reset your Portal password will be sent to the email address associated with your account.

  • Click on your Campus.
  • Click on Lecturer's Login.
  • Supply your PF Number and Password
  • On your Portal Dashboard, click on Preview My Courses to check if any course has been allocated to you by the Sandwich Directorate.
  • Proceed to Download Automated Mark Sheet (AMS)
  • Populate the AMS with the raw score of your students on your Computer
  • Click on Upload Automated Mark Sheet to Upload your AMS.

Guidelines for Effective Portal Management

This Guideline applies to all students, faculty and staff that have a username and password to at least one University system or application

For returning Students' ONLY

  1. Launch your browser and click on the link http://studentservices.lasu.edu.ng/sandwichstudents/returningstudents/profile.php
  2. Type your Matriculation Number and Surname in the spaces provided then click the enter button.
  3. Type your Matriculation Number ONLY in the space provided and click the enter button
  4. On the left hand side of the portal dashboard, click on Wireless & Email
  5. Your Official E-mail: @ST.LASU.EDU.NG and Temporary Password will be displayed
  6. Open another browser and type in www.gmail.com
  7. Type your official email in full as your Username then click next.
  8. Type your Temporary Password and click next.
  9. You will be prompted to enter a new Password and click sign in. (Use a password you can easily remember)
  10. In your inbox, you'll find a mail from LASU Integrated Data Centre (LASU-IDC) that contains your Matriculation Number and Default password for the Sandwich Result Processing Portal.
  11. Click on the Link in the mail or Visit https://sw.lidc.lasu.edu.ng to view the Sandwich Result Processing Platform Home Page.
  12. Click on your Campus, Click on Student's Login.
  13. Use your Matriculation Number and Default Password as contained in the email sent to your official email from LASU-IDC to Login.
  14. On your Sandwich Students' Portal Dashboard, click on My Academic Profile
  15. Your Academic Profile is automatically downloaded.

A Strong Password is defined as a password that is reasonably difficult to guess in a short period of time either through human guessing or the use of specialized software.
